We began serving our customers and neighbors in 1993. Our goal was simple: to provide personal, honest, fast, and thorough copier services to the then under-serviced offices of northern Virginia. As we have grown over the past three decades, we’ve expanded our business (we sell and service more products and cover a slightly larger area – the Northern Virginia and greater DC area). While the area has changed, our commitment to service hasn’t wavered. We sell office equipment, service office equipment (COPIERS AND PRINTERS) and provide IT services.
Honest - We believe in telling you the complete cost of our service up front. We don’t hide or add-on unexpected fees – we won’t nickel and dime you to death.
Fast - We pride ourselves on knocking on your door within a four-hour window. While we can’t quite match Domino’s 30 minute delivery goal, we will be there as fast as we can.
Thorough - We don’t do “routine” service calls, every call is an opportunity to support your business. We’ll inspect and clean your equipment (dust is the enemy of copiers!) with our 50-point “Premier Service Procedure” to prevent problems and service calls down the road for you.
Personal - You can always talk to us. While we provide online self-service, you can pick up the phone and we’ll answer.
We don’t call our service “Complete Customer Care” by accident. This allows us to be device-agnostic and match the best product to your specific need rather than trying to shove a specific product to meet the needs of every business problem we come across. Whether you need printing, scanning, faxing, copying, or all four – our networked systems provide customizable options to address YOUR specific business problem.
Solutions - We don’t just sell a piece of equipment – we sell a solution to your business problem, whether your lease or purchase from us. And because we’ve done this for years, we know many of the quirks and peculiarities of different industries – regulations, forms used, specific challenges – and how to suggest improvements through application of equipment, software, or both together. Our technicians have over 100 combined years of experience and are factory-trained on most brands of office equipment.
